Well, I’ve started a blog, again. It won’t just be about jello, porn and blogging, but that’s a good place to start.
This is actually my third blog over the last 10 years. I was very proud of my first attempt, which I built from scratch in college using straight HTML – it’s still around, in fact: my first blog. I was a pioneer of social networking in 2003. The site consisted of me posing questions, such as, “If you knew that tomorrow the world would end, what would you do today?” And I’d get emails from friends and family with responses, which I’d post regardless of how odd they were (eg, “Cover myself in green jello and then roll in sugar and…”). And so on.
I gave the first one up after a few days, but started again a few years later: http://gradesofc.blogspot.com/. There isn’t much of interest on there except a post about a (minimax) solution I’d coded up for the game Gold Rush on moola.com. If anything gradesofc was still just an experiment: my last post there (in 2006) was an experiment to see if mentioning porn made any impact in search hits (it didn’t).
Several years later again, and maybe this time I’ve got some more stuff of interest to post. Let’s see if this lasts more than a few days.
So that’s right: jello, porn, and blogging.
